Curtis was very patient as we worked to coordinate an out of state move. He was willing to take us out to look at many different areas of town whenever we were able to make a trip to Denver. When it came time to make an offer, we could not have been in better hands as he negotiated us through a tough market on a property with multiple offers. He also managed minor obstacles that arose shortly before closing and has followed up with us to make sure all loose ends have been tied up.
