This was the second time using Wehr Homes, the first time being 16 years ago when Curtis showed me more than 100 homes (first home buying experience). This time he sold our Belmar townhome and helped us purchase a home in Solterra. We didn't know exactly where we wanted to move, only that we wanted to avoid commuting on I-25 (one of us works in Lakewood and the other in Lone Tree).
