Dave Huddle
Colorado has been my home since 1996 and as a Realtor I get the pleasure of helping clients buy and sell their homes throughout beautiful metro Denver! I’ve been fortunate to have success early on in my real estate career and I believe it’s because of my previous “stops” in life. I’ve been “around” the real estate world since 2003 supporting, training and working with Realtors and lenders when I sold title insurance. That experience provided me a keen environment to glean the best attributes of successful realtors and to avoid the pitfalls of most. I’ve also been fortunate to see almost every angle to a real estate transaction. I’ve bought & sold my own homes, been a General Contractor building a home from the ground up, and was the closer for real estate transactions and refinances during my time in title. My experience here is my clients gain! Equally important, I have been in professional sales roles since 1996 and through previous stops in office equipment and Internet Security sales, I learned professional selling and negotiating skills, persistence and empathy. Finally, I chose to join one of the best realtors, mentors and friends I know in the business, Curtis Wehr and Re/Max. Becoming a Realtor is one of the best decisions I have made and I’m excited to serve my clients! We spend a lot of time playing at home, in the yard and outdoors. I try and stay active with different activities and sports and love hunting, playing basketball, golf, running marathons, snowboarding, occasionally scuba diving and traveling as much as time permits! |

Chris Wolf
I grew up in Littleton, CO, attending Columbine High School before earning my degree from the University of Washington. From a young age, I was exposed to the world of real estate and title insurance, giving me a unique perspective on the industry. When I obtained my real estate broker’s license in 2002, I felt hesitant because I didn't fit the typical mold of an assertive salesperson just trying to make a deal. So, I developed my sales approach that is based on providing value to my clients through honesty, patience, and truly listening to their needs. As a trusted resource in the industry, I find great joy in helping people navigate the home buying and selling process. I have extensive experience working with a wide range of buyers and sellers, including those relocating to and out of the area, investors, first-time homebuyers, empty nesters looking to downsize, and growing families needing more space. In the fall of 2017, I joined the Wehr Homes Team at Re/Max 100 as the team’s assistant and it was is one of the best decisions I ever made! Curtis, Dave and Chris are wonderful to work for and I take lots of pride in making their jobs a easy as possible. They can take the paperwork off their plate and have more time to focus on their clients! I moved to Colorado from Juarez, Chihuahua Mexico when I was 8 years old and fell in love with this state immediately. On my spare time, my husband and I like to go camping, hiking and mountain bike riding with our friends and families. I try and stay outside as much as possible! |
